Welcome to Tug Life! Gulf Shores beach front home on the Ft. Morgan peninsula. You will fall in love with this newly remodeled 5 bed 4.5 bath home. The balcony and deck have the best view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. A few steps from the deck is the sugar like white fluffy sand which makes the Gulf Coast famous. The views are breathtaking. This luxury beach themed home is beautifully furnished with fantastic amenities. An open kitchen family room layout where the whole family can be together. The table seats 10 and the island seats 3. The first floor bedroom has a king size bed and attached private bath. Giant walk in shower can accommodate a seat if needed. There is also a guest bathroom on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor primary suite (king bed) is amazing with a balcony overlooking the beach, and the large walk-in shower is even more beautiful with stunning floor to ceiling glass anchor tiles. Another primary suite (king bed) on the second floor has a private bath as well. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor that share a hall bath. One has triple bunkbeds (full, twin and queen size mattresses).5th bedroom has a twin bed. All bedrooms have televisions. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric skillets, blenders, crockpots for easy meals. We have all the little kitchen stuff you need, scissors in most drawers, garlic press, cheese graters, skewers, al. We have thought of it all! 2 refrigerators/freezers. There is a built-in ice maker which is a must at the beach. This 1/2 of the duplex has covered parking and an area for grilling and a private deck. Better than the pictures

We'll be back to Tug Life! It was perfect. We had an issue with the internet and the host was extremely helpful and prompt. Kitchen -double fridge (so nice for 11 people!) -ice maker (everyone mentioned it) -excellently stocked kitchen (even storage for leftovers) -waffle maker (I forgot mine) -extra large garbage +garbage in drawer (didn't have to take out garbage all the time) -cabinet room for our groceries -deep sink -prep room for multiple cooks Living -comfy corner couch with 3 recliners (once we figured out how to use the middle one) -large TV -dvd players in kids and living -tvs in every room -nice book selection -room for hammocks under house -comfy deck furniture -sand mats on deck (thank you) -picnic table outside -huge kitchen table for meals and gaming -exquisite beach decor (you can tell this house is loved, not just a rental) -spacious Sleeping/bath -actually enough towel hooks! -gorgeous step in showers -fancy tile, detailed decor bathrooms, roomy and just NICE bath -full bath for each adult room (shower all the kids quickly as we come in) -way cool 3-tiered bunk beds (kids loved) -beds were quality -closets in every room Beach -very close, not a hike over sand dunes -grandparents could watch from deck -no nearby high rises -not crowded -just beautiful -plenty of parking for 6 cars, 2 shaded -indoor stairs for unloading Negatives: 25 min to walmart but dollar general is really stocked

Tug Life - Outstanding July 4th

We had 2 families of 4, with kids ages of 11, 11, 13, & 5, the house was the perfect size for all of us and had plenty of room for a few more. Location is awesome, even with it being the week of July 4th, we had a ton of beach space to ourselves and it didn't feel crowded around us like several other locations were that we saw further East down the beach. The owners made our check-in easy and made sure we had everything we needed. There were a couple small things that needed to be fixed - lights under the house were you park and can grill, but that was a very minor inconvenience. I highly recommend this place and can say you won't be disappointed with everything this house and location has to offer. Please Book your stay at Tug Life and I promise you'll make fantastic memories like we did!

Great stay

The house was laid out fantastically for our extended family (grandparents to grandkids). The kitchen has a huge table, two refrigerators and a separate ice maker, which is brilliant for a large family to do a large grocery haul and eat most meals at the house. The parking, back porch and access to the beach were great. We had a few life-happens quirks while we were there (bad storm and close lightening overnight fried TVs and needed maintenance on the deck stairs was performed one morning), but the host handled them very well with an excellent crew. The mattresses are due for a replacement, and we let the host know - I feel certain they will be replaced timely. We look forward to staying again!

From the moment I booked until we left, our experience with the owner and our stay at Tug Life was no less than 5⭐️. Beth is a wonderful owner to work with and responded very promptly with any questions we had. The house was extremely clean and very roomy to accommodate us all; from my 10 month old grandson to my 76 year old mother. The kitchen is very well appointed and having 2 refrigerators and a separate ice maker is genius and was well used! The large table fit us perfectly to sup at dusk and play board games at, and the deck was so nice to relax out on under the stars at night and listen to my daughter play her guitar for us. Even though there was a large group of people next door, we couldn’t hear a peep from them. Having 3 king sized beds was a must for us, so we were SO thankful for that! This is hands down the best place we’ve stayed at at Fort Morgan and hope we can continue to for years to come! Thank you for a wonderful place to enjoy the beach and rest and relax in!
