It needs a new mattress in the master bedroom It sags in the middle The shower needs to be safer. There’s no handrails and the tub is slick. We saw bugs in the kitchen cabinets and the refrigerator doesn’t keep food very cold. No chairs on the beach reserved and I was told they would be.

I will definitely recommend this condo.

The room was beautiful with more than enough room for the four of us. It was very clean, and the view was beautiful. Although we were on the 23rd floor, the elevators were very fast. Additionally, we could walk to Pier Park and some restaurants. We loved our stay!

Beautiful place

Beautiful place very cozy and nice ! Great location! Only thing was it wasn’t as clean as you would expect. Being the extra hour delayed with check in (5) and extra hour earlier for check out (9) for the extra cleaning the standard cleaning seemed to be overlooked! Pulled a pillow out of the closet and it had make up smeared on it, there was dust on the shelving, and the master bedroom toilet was dirty with some thing on the outside of the bowl was just a few things. Other than that everything else was beautiful management was very helpful location was great!

The owner must of replaced it, as it was awesome to sleep on. Even the bunkroom has good mattresses. The fitness room was excellent. The outdoor pool is heated and enjoyable for the snowbirds. The grounds are extremely clean. Robin at the front desk is great to deal with. The bedrooms have high end linens. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with. It even has a crock pot. The washer and dry runs well and is very quiet. The wifi also worked well.

The actual condo was really nice but like everyone says the beds are terrible. I am not even sure what the bed in the back room is. It has some sort of adjustable device but didn't seem to work. The bed was really low and very hard. Luckily we just had two boys with us and the opted for the bunks and seemed to sleep ok there. It is very bright in that room though. We never had any trouble getting up and down the 22 floors. Elevators were always available. The bed in the master was ok. Will stay at Aqua again but likely not in this unit unless they change out the beds.

There were some renovations taking place but that is understandable considering the recent hurricane. Our unit could accommodate more than 6 guests. The bed in the guest bedroom is not that comfortable but the master bedroom was great! We had to launder towels everyday so in my opinion they should add more towels and linens to the unit. The unit was clean and very well decorated. This unit is on the very top floor and the views are amazing. Overall this was a great place to stay and we had a great vacation.

Reviewer Comments: We have been to Panama City Beach several times, but this was our first stay at Aqua. I must admit I was disappointed in unit 2307. On arrival i noticed several scratches on the walls where the paint was missing, the baseboards were filthy and in desperate need of a new paint job. When I went to plug in my phone charger in the guest room there were dead bugs and dirt behind the night stand. I told the front desk this and they did send housekeeping to re-clean. The paint in the master bedroom was peeling off by the bathtub also. The entire unit needs to be painted. The sleep number bed is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. We enjoyed the pool and beach, next time we will choose a different unit.
