Charming two-bedroom apartment located near Notting Hill, Portobello Market, and Little Venice. The apartment has been newly refurbished and features ample natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, and two full bathrooms, including an ensuite in the master bedroom. It also includes a living room, a dining table, a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, fresh linens and towels, and complimentary toiletries. Conveniently situated close to museums and tourist attractions, with excellent transport links.

Other details to note
- The service supplement for check-in before 3pm is £65, to be paid in advance at the time of booking confirmation.
- The service supplement for check-out between 10:30 am and 12:00 pm, is £65, available only if there are no check-outs on the same day.

- In case there are particular needs to stay in the apartment beyond the times indicated above, please add another night at the time of booking.

-The apartment is located on the 1st floor without lift

- Only one set of keys will be provided.

- At the beginning of the stay we will provide you with everything you need.

- Additional toilet paper, kitchen rolls or coffee pods will be charged to the guest.

- Each additional change (sheets and towels) is subject to payment. The service costs £30 per set.

If keys are lost or forgotten in the apartment, a re-keying fee will be charged, which can range from £ 60 during the day to £120 at night. Additionally, if a specialist needs to be called in, the cost of the specialist's invoice will also be charged.

- There is a charge for a cleaning service during your stay.
Please request this in advance.

- A travel cot is available for an additional charge of £70.

Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited. The maximum number of guests is 4. Please ensure these rules are adhered to, otherwise bookings may be cancelled without refund.

We are two couples who travel together. We like to share accommodations so that we can have casual time together. This apartment was great for that. Very sweet. We had our privacy and we had our kitchen and living space together to enjoy. Bright and airy. The neighborhood is lovely, very quiet, very safe. We enjoyed our walks in different directions to and from the bus, the rail, the sweet “Little Coffee Tree” shop, the M & S store, past the Maidavale school, watching the kids walk there in their uniforms.There is a full flight of stairs to get to the apartment, and then more stairs to get to a bed/bath and then just a few more to get to the other bedroom, bathroom and living space. We are in our 60s and 70s and we managed just fine moving our luggage up on day one and gliding it down on departure day, (a sad day). We’d love to return!
