Thank you so much De Lagrave's! We really enjoyed our stay at your home. It was a lot of house, for only 2 of us and our dogs, but the place was perfect. They have everything an entire family would need and more. We never used the pool or hot tub, not for any reason than we just didn't, but they were clean and inviting. They have a nice backyard to sit down at tables and enjoy the Coronado weather. The owners live in a home behind the rental home, so if you need anything, they are close and very responsive. This place is really close to the beach, we bring bikes, maybe 5 minutes. We walked to dinner several evenings, straight shot down 10th to Orange, maybe 1/4-mile, 10-minute-ish walk at most. I don't really have any complaints about this place. Above our expectations and I loved that the home was built in 1915, has a certain charm to it. We will be back, thanks again Paul!

What a wonderful property! Nicely maintained, great location and well appointed kitchen (we like to cook). House had a fun history we enjoyed learning about and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Coronado Spring Break

This is the second time we have stayed here and as per we enjoyed our The hot tub was a good way to warm up since the weather wasn’t always the usual sunny and warm forecast.

Perfect location on Coronado!

Ray was incredibly friendly and accommodating host. His home on Coronado is the perfect location on the island and a wonderful place to spend time together with friends & family.

Coronado Spring Break

A nice large older home close to the beach and shops. Play area off of the living room was great the grandchildren. Wonderful dining areas for family dinners.

Fantastic family-friendly vacation house

We rented Ray's place for a week in early March. Our trip was a multi-generational family gathering and the place worked perfectly. Lots of space to hang out both inside and outside. Kids loved the pool and proximity to the beach!

Beautiful Home by the Ocean

This has to be one of the best places We have stayed. The house has everything you need and the Host is excellent. The beauty of the house and the heated pool with the jacuzzi was perfect in the evening I highly recommend this rental to anyone that wants to have a great time. Two blocks to the most perfect beach in South California.

Coronado Living

We had a great time at the property. The pool is a nice amenity; the big side yard provides lots of options for activities such as card and games; the location of the property is just a few blocks from the beach. We really enjoyed everything provided to make our stay so nice.

Lovely family home on Coronado

Our family enjoyed a lovely vacation in “Our home away from home” for 3 weeks this summer. The property was spacious both inside and out. A delightful warm and comfortable “homey” setting for all ages. Even a playroom for young children with all the toys and books.

A wonderful experience

The home was beautifully furnished and well maintained for an older home. With a huge yard and lap pool, and just a short walk down to the beach. We had a wonderful experience. And the host, Ray, was very helpful and kind. Thank you for a wonderful and enjoyable experience while in Coronado! We can’t wait to come back again!

Great house & location!

My family and I had a wonderful week in Coronado, and much of it was due to the house we stayed at. The pool and spa were great additions to the property and used them daily. The ample space and varying outdoor spots to gather and socialize were awesome too. The kitchen was super well stocked with anything and everything needed to cook and BBQ. the location to the beach and Orange Ave was also a huge draw to the house. We really loved our stay and hope to do it again soon.
