This home is owned and managed by us, so our family's health & safety, and yours, is of utmost importance. All surfaces are sanitized and cleaned prior to your stay.

We're happy to be able to offer this incredible home to you! From the moment you walk in the door, you're going to say, "WOW"! You'll feel like you're at a resort, with your own Private Pool and Spa, towering Palm Trees, tropical foliage, Putting Green, multiple Dining tables, umbrellas, lots of patio chairs and lounges, gas fire pit, all for your enjoyment and relaxation. With walls of glass, you'll be able to enjoy the spectacular views day and night! Imagine coming home from a day of sightseeing and then relaxing in the bubbling spa, watching the incredible sunsets, and then watching the twinkle of city lights take over. This is a single-family, private residence...it is not a shared home, and the pool/spa and yard is only for your enjoyment.

**The house and its amenities are for registered guests only, no visitors unless you have inquired with us prior and received approval, maximum 8 registered guests.
***WE ARE ONE OF THE FEW HOMES TO OFFER YOU BOTH POOL AND/OR SPA HEATING FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE***
June - October: $65/night for Pool and Spa heating, or $30/night for spa only heating.
November - May: $95/night for Pool and Spa heating, or $35/night for Spa only. Otherwise, pool/spa is heated by Solar only and dependent on outdoor temps.
With heating, Pool heats to 85 degrees and Spa heats to 102 Degrees.
*POOL/SPA HEATING FEE IS PER NIGHT AND FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY*.
The Pool heats when the pool filters, and the pool does not filter 24 hours a day.
Please let us know if you are interested in heating the pool/spa when booking or at least one week prior to your stay.

This is not a party house, but it is a unique place to make lasting memories with family, friends, and colleagues.
No parties or special events. Violation of any house rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay.

There are 4 private Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (1 King bdrm and bath on main level - no steps). 2 upstairs luxurious Queen beds and 1 CA King bed in Primary Suite, (Pack 'n Play available too). 3, 4K TV's. Some channels/programs may not be available and may require subscription. Free WiFi and state of the art home audio/music/news/weather with Amazon Echo (Alexa). Living Room and Dining area with 18 foot vaulted ceilings, walls of glass, sparkling Chandelier, gas fireplace, and an open kitchen. Kitchen has gas range, Stainless Steel refrigerator with ice maker, SS dishwasher, microwave, some complimentary coffees/teas/hot chocolate. Washer and Dryer are inside the home in the laundry room. No need to search for shopping, food and entertainment...Walking distance to AMC 24 Theaters, Vons Grocery Store (we recommend ordering grocery delivery), 2 Starbucks, WalMart/Grocery, Restaurants and many other Food/restaurant options! The Community Park is less than a 5 minute walk. Popular Outlet shopping is only a short, 3 mile drive! The closest beach is Imperial Beach, about 15 minutes down the road, which is also our favorite route to the Strand, and the beaches of Coronado and the famous, celebrity hangout, Hotel Del Coronado. Downtown SD, San Diego International Airport, the USS Midway, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park & Museums, Old Town San Diego, Sea World, Military bases...all within a 20 minute drive. Sesame Place is less than 3 minutes away as is the North Island Credit Union Concert Amphitheater!

***Please, no smoking or vaping in or near the house, no shoes worn in the house, no pets in or on the property...no exceptions.

We are part of a strict Homeowner's Association. We all like to enjoy our family and friends, but it’s quiet time outdoors after 10pm...respect for our neighbors is a must!

The house accommodates up to 8, strict Maximum of 8 registered guests. Number of guests must be entered at booking. When you visit our home, you'll be sleeping in a luxury bed in a private bedroom, not on an air bed or fold out sofa.
Small extra guest fee over 6 guests.

Check-in is 3pm or after and check out is by 11am.
Variable price terms are available based on length of your stay, so if you want to stay for a month, inquire with us.
**VERY IMPORTANT: We're not a management company, we are the owners, and we operate on a more personal level. RESPECT for our home is what we expect from all our guests. Violation of house rules will result in immediate termination of your stay.

*When you inquire about booking or booking instantly, please be sure to tell us a little about yourself, where you are visiting from? Who will be staying with you, age of guests, etc...Please let us know anything that will help us provide a quick response and approval for you. Remember to inquire about pool/spa heating..

Welcome Packages for Special Occasions such as Birthdays and Anniversaries are available, including but no limited to decorations, cake, balloons, flower arrangements, favorite beverages, all created by your host, Will.
