This was an excellent property for hosting our family of 4 during our stay in Barcelona. It is located in a quiet but convenient part of town and the inside accommodations are fantastic. AC units work perfectly so you are cool as soon as you walk inside. Would highly recommend this property and our host Mery was great to work with. She met us at the property and provided excellent recommendations during our stay.
Location is great. There are several coffee shops on the street and lots of shops & restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The host was very nice and communicated well through the entire process. A/C worked great in the unit and was crucial during a hot August week. It is in a fairly busy street and you will hear street noise at night, so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise it was pretty ideal.
Central AC in the summer! This three bedroom and two full bath apartment is near restaurants bakeries and markets as well as the Urgell metro stop. Convenient w fourth floor unit w elevator. Full kitchen and clothes washer along with doors to separate living area from bedrooms makes this place user friendly. Thick doors and glass remove city noise. Everyone could spread out in the large living room! Great find!
We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona and Mery's VRBO was close to a major Metro station which made it easy to navigate and get to the top tourist spots. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well appointed. Plenty of room for four and easily five people. When we arrived the beds had just the clean sheets but no blankets (as shown in VRBO pictures). This may have been due to recent warm weather but it would have been nice to have the beds made up with the blankets as the beds looked a little doudy with just the sheets. Also, there was an extra single-size bed in one of the rooms with no covering at all, just the bare and dirty mattress. Should have been covered and then could be used as place to place luggage. Mery communicated well once we arrived in country. However, we were unable to make contact with her until we were in route from the airport to the apartment; very last minute. No entry communication or instructions were provided before our arrival even though we tried to communicate with her via VRBO messaging or What'sApp prior to our trip. So, that was frustrating but she communicated well after we finally made contact.Overall, a good stay in a nice appartment that needed just a few tweeks to be 1st rate.
Our stay in Barcelona was great from beginning to end. Mery was incredibly accommodating - when we needed to add an extra guest at the last minute, she responded very quickly and clearly explained everything, including the additional fees. The apartment itself is very cosy, set within a beautiful building in an unbeatable location. It’s spacious, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and hassle-free.Thank you so much, Mery - it was truly a pleasure staying here. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Thank you very much Elwira, such a flattering words, I am very happy you had such a wonderful stay
I really hope to see you soon
Warm regards

This was a lovely option. Accessible to so many places around the city. Plenty of space and natural light.Small observations: there's no extra linens provided. You get the exact amount for the guest count. And only bath towel and hand towel. If you are accustomed to having two towels for body and hair it's a minor adjustment. The lift is extremely tiny. Accounting for suitcases, two guests at a time, there's no other space.Overall, we enjoyed the city and was able to rest very comfortably at the apartment.

ZERO STAR Review – A Masterclass in How Not to Run a Rental. This place isn’t just disappointing — it’s a carefully orchestrated symphony of small frustrations that add up to one very long “never again.” The listing promises a 13 walk to La Sagrada Famillia. The truth? Its a 48 minute walk. Due to the fraudulent address , prepaid parking was secured in a garage two miles away which was abandoned. The so-called “to be collected on premises” fee also turned significantly more. Accessing the apartment felt like negotiating a minor Cold War treaty. You must meet the owner in person, and good luck if you need more than two keys for the entire stay — the lack of electronic locks makes for a BIG Hassle Once inside, you’re greeted with zero guidance: no manual, no WiFi password, no clue where to put the trash. Extremely unhelpful host. The apartment itself has that special “tired and slightly resentful” energy. Bright white security lightbulbs, bedding that’s seen better decades, and towels with the texture of medium-grit sandpaper. Perfect for exfoliation, terrible for drying off. Communication with the host and platform moves at the leisurely pace of continental drift. Questions sent on Monday might earn a reply by Thursday — if the stars align. In short, this is the kind of rental that makes you appreciate every decent host you’v every had. it’s just relentlessly mediocre in ways that slowly erode your will to vacation in Barcelona
