Terra77 is a charming, brand-new holiday home located in the hilly, charming area of Scherpenheuvel, just 10 minutes away from the popular beaches of Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach, as well as the city centre of Willemstad.

High ceilings and open spaces give this fresh, tropical home a spacious feel, where you can truly unwind. Lounge in the hammock, have a barbecue, enjoy your own exotic garden, or relax by the refreshing pool.

The home accommodates 4 guests. Ideal for two couples or a single couple looking for a bit more space and comfort.

Accessibility:
Located on a corner lot, Terra77 is easily accessible via a main road, with the private side facing a dead-end street.

Perfect base:
At Terra77, you can effortlessly combine relaxation, adventure, and culture—everything is surprisingly close by.

Within a 10-minute drive, you’ll reach the popular beaches of Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach, perfect for sun, sea, and a drink at the beach clubs. The colourful centre of Willemstad, with the iconic Emma Bridge, cosy cafes, local restaurants, and live music, is also just a 10-minute drive away.

For an authentic local dining experience, it’s a 5-minute drive to Caracasbaaiweg, home to Pasawa and numerous food trucks. Prefer something a little closer? Restaurant Hacienda Olivia is just a 5-minute walk away and serves delicious steaks in a traditional atmosphere.

Adventure seekers can reach the Spaanse Water in a 10-minute drive—it’s ideal for sailing, stand-up paddleboarding, and wakeboarding. And our favourite spot for kitesurfers is St. Jorisbaai, about a 15-minute drive away—one of the island’s best spots, complete with a kitesurfing school for beginners and advanced riders.

Within walking distance, you’ll also find Flipside Skatepark, an indoor padel court, and a charming riding stable with horses and other farm animals—perfect for an active start to the day or a relaxing afternoon.

Supermarkets and local convenience stores are within a 5-minute drive, so you’ll have everything you need close at hand.

Our accommodation offers you comfort and style, a lush tropical garden, and a refreshing pool, but it’s also the perfect base for exploring all the adventures this beautiful island has to offer.

GOOD TO KNOW

Grocery delivery service:
Prefer to relax right away upon arrival? No problem! Just send us your grocery list, and we’ll make sure the fridge is stocked with everything you need when you arrive. The costs will be billed afterwards, including a small service fee of €15.

Water and Electricity:
Water and electricity are relatively expensive on Curaçao. You can easily avoid waste by being mindful of your usage, for example, by turning off the air conditioning when you’re away. The rental includes 20 kW per day, which is more than enough for normal usage. Metre readings are accurately taken and recorded upon arrival. Any additional usage will be charged at €0.45 per kW.

Security Deposit:
Upon arrival, a security deposit of €250 is required, payable by debit card or cash. This will be settled immediately upon departure.

Car:
We recommend renting a car during your stay at Terra77. We can refer you to a reliable car hire company.

Central location:
Thanks to its central location, the supermarket, petrol station, ATM, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, beaches, and the city centre are all easily accessible, usually within ten minutes.
