The Garden Cottage is part of The Bracon Hall Estate. A 400 acre farm south of the Cathedral City Norwich.

The 2 bed cottage was completely renovated in the summer of 2020 and provides luxury accommodation in a unique, quiet and historic setting. It is over a private courtyard from the main hall. Two beautiful bedrooms, a large sitting room with wood burner, stunning kitchen leading onto large conservatory and beautiful, fenced private garden.

Here you can be surrounded by nature and wildlife and escape any stresses and strains of busy lives.

There are extensive walks and bike rides on our door step as well as a great selection of local cuisine. The fine cathedral city of Norwich is only 7 miles were you can indulge in ancient history, the arts and culinary delights. The spectacular Norfolk Broads and Norfolk Coast line are with in easy reach from this secluded, hidden gem.
