Pelican Sound Golf and River Club is a private gated resort community that has something for everyone. It’s conveniently located between Naples and Ft. Myers and both are just a short drive away. The Southwest Florida International Airport is about a 15 minute drive away from our condo. Pelican Sound offers fine and casual dining at 2 of our chef run restaurants. Shopping and dining are abundant and in close proximity, such as: Coconut Point Mall, Miromar Outlets, Gulf Coast Town Center. Drive to Bonita beach (less than 10 miles away) or kick back and enjoy the sights as Pelican Sound’s complimentary boat shuttle floats you to Lovers Key (voted a top 10 FL beach).

Upon transfer of our club membership to you, golf and tennis privileges will surely delight. The Audubon certified championship golf course is available to you. Improve your game at the aqua driving range, the chipping and putting areas, or take a lesson from one of our golf pros. After a round head on over to the the brand new golf clubhouse for a cold one and lunch. If golf is not your game, then enjoy the brand new racquet center. The state-of-the-art facility, located in a newly developed part of the 3.61-acre campus, features 8 hydro grid tennis courts, 8 pickleball courts, a new building with offices, a pro shop, indoor meeting spaces and covered outdoor gathering areas. Pelican Sound uses the Chelsea reservation system which makes scheduling convenient as well as fair for all members and transferring members to get on the course or court.

Stay active at the newly built fitness center or grab a kayak or paddleboard from the kayak park. Whatever your pace of life may be, there’s something for you here. Relax by one of the six heated pools at our club (one right by our condo with grilling stations). Grab a camera and take a stroll down one of our nature paths or enjoy a book on the screened in lanai.

Our lovely condo has been completely renovated and decorated with Southwest Florida style and is conveniently located on the first floor (yay, no stairs!). Our home is sure to please and we are very excited to offer it to you.
