The property was nice no doubt but the host was pathetic and not at all helpful as they kept on charging for unnecessary stuff

This property operates with a self-check-in system designed to make the arrival process simple, quick, and convenient for our guests. To use this system, guests are required to complete the necessary steps in advance and make payment through the methods provided. In your case, you chose not to use the established payment system and requested to pay in cash outside office hours. In order to accommodate your request and ensure you could access the property, a member of our team had to assist you outside their normal working hours, which is not part of our standard procedure. In addition, communication during the arrival process was difficult, as several of our messages went unanswered, making it more challenging to coordinate your check-in. Nevertheless, our team did everything possible to assist you and ensure you could access the accommodation. The additional fee charged was related to this exceptional out-of-hours service, which you agreed to when requesting an alternative to our standard check-in and payment procedures. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we believe it is important for future guests to understand that our procedures are designed to make arrivals as smooth as possible and to avoid precisely these types of situations. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
