Hidden charges like ct card costs etc. and poor host interaction, heating was set to an uncomfortable setting that left us cold most of the time (even when changing it, it went back to their pre msetting), only one set of pillows had pillowcases on, blankets not enough. No light at the outside entry door at night as apartment is in basement of picture presented.
