Quiet time near the sea

Lovely sta in this quiet bungalow.Short ten minutes walk to Botany Bay beach.Short ten minutes drive to Margate, lovely seaside town with traditional amusements and cafe culture.

We booked this property for its disabled access and this was good. The property was not as clean as we would have liked. The hot tub was too unclean to use. Admittedly we didn't notify the host of this, we just opted not to used the hot tub. To be fair the host may have resolved the issue while we were there if we had have told them. The host falsely accused us post stay of causing the problem and tried to make us pay for something we hadn't done. It was a really upsetting and stressful experience. I would recommend taking photos of everything when you arrive as evidence for future reference if necessary.

Hosts were available thru what’s app to answer questions which was good. Unfortunately the property was in need of maintenance. The 2nd shower room was out of order . The parasol was broken and ripped. The grass has brambles growing in it and the patio table was in need of repair. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The location is excellent and a parade of shops near by very handy. Fans were provided in the property which was good as it was so hot. We enjoyed our stay but it would have been nicer if the above mentioned problems had not been there
