When we arrived the weather was gorgeous. It was the hottest day of the year and when we opened the front door the central heating was on full blast. It was unbearable. We switched it off and opened as many windows as we could. None of us slept well as it was so hot. In the kitchen the windows were sealed units and couldn’t be opened and the lock of the back door in the kitchen was broken and we couldn’t open it. A worrying fire risk. I reported this straight away. Someone eventually turned up to look at it but wasn’t sent to mend it, on our last night. The lock remains broken. The garden was great for the boys and the accommodation was spacious.
