The fully equipped kitchenette includes all the essential cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious homemade dishes, featuring a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, the apartment offers a washer and ironing facilities to handle your laundry needs.

The bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom is complete with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and all the essentials to make your stay hassle-free.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This lovely apartment is located in Valencia’s vibrant Camins al Grau district, offering the perfect balance of urban convenience and coastal charm. The neighbourhood is well-connected by public transportation, with the Amistat metro station just a short walk away and several bus lines providing easy access to the rest of the city.

Nearby, you’ll find the iconic City of Arts and Sciences, a striking complex featuring a science museum, an IMAX cinema, and Europe’s largest aquarium, the Oceanogràfic. For outdoor relaxation, the expansive Turia Gardens provide lush green spaces perfect for jogging, cycling, or simply enjoying nature. Families can also enjoy the playful Gulliver Park within the gardens.

For shopping and dining, explore nearby centres like Aqua Multiespacio and El Saler, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Plus, you’re just a short drive or metro ride from Malvarrosa and Patacona beaches, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the Mediterranean breeze.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide it an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
