There’s a kitchen/diner equipped with; range with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Living/dining room with TV. Oil central heating, underfloor heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels included. Highchair, stairgate and travel cot available. Off-road parking for 2 and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio with furniture and BBQ. Pet friendly: one well-behaved dog welcome, £20 sucharge for second pet but please let owner know if you're bringing pets either way. Sorry, no smoking, vaping, candles or incense allowed. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £350. There is no charging facility at the property for electric vehicles. The nearest EV charging point is at the local Tesco Store in Caister-on-Sea (2.5miles).
