Mitten im alten Venedig. Zentrale Lage. Treppenhaus beschwerlich zu steigen. Wohnung mässig sauber, Duschkabine schmutzig. 2. Handtuchset nur gegen Bezahlung . Gut war ein coop gegenüber. Restaurants in der Nähe.

Buongiorno Brigitte, grazie per le note positive scritte per il nostro alloggio ma non ci spieghiamo un punteggio così basso. Ci dispiace che Lei non abbia apprezzato il nostro impegno che dedichiamo costantemente all’alloggio per la pulizia. La pulizia è uno dei nostri punti forti e, essendo nuovi su Vrbo, lo si può riscontrare ampiamente su altri portali sui quali siamo presenti da parecchi anni. Ci preme anche fare chiarezza sulla questione degli asciugamani extra che solitamente non addebitiamo. A causa di un nostro errore sulla iniziale configurazione di questo portale, avete beneficiato di un maxi sconto imprevisto del 30% sul soggiorno. (Solo per questo motivo ci aspettavamo un punteggio di 10 con la lode) Troviamo quindi singolare che si sia stupita di aver dovuto pagare un piccolissimo supplemento di soli 40€ totali per ben 8 asciugamani extra, una vera miseria in confronto. Le auguriamo un buon proseguimento e soggiorni futuri più adatti alle sue aspettative Un cordiale saluto

Freundliche Empfang durch Paola. Gute Lage in der Nähe der Rialtobrücke und Vaporetto-Station. Mit den beiden Badezimmern sehr komfortabel - ideal auch für 2 Paare. Schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Dächer Venedigs. Supermarkt direkt in der Strasse der Wohnung.
