About this property
Vibrant, Bright & Stylish Flat - Central Bristol
Summary:
Charming & modern 2-bed apartment perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip or cosy home base while exploring everything the city has to offer.
Situated in the heart of central Bristol, you'll be surrounded by the vibrant areas of Stokes Croft, Montpelier & Cabot Circus, home to some truly fantastic restaurants, cafe's & breweries.
You can enjoy a nice cup of tea/coffee with a lovely view of the church while you plan the day ahead or just stay in, chill out & relax on the comfy sofa :)
The Space:
Welcome to my home!
Upon entering the flat you will find an open plan kitchen/living room area with a nice big comfy sofa and TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to make it feel like your own kitchen! Tea/coffee, pots & pans (if you enjoy cooking) Large fridge/freezer, oven and microwave oven, dishwasher and built in blue tooth speaker.
The room can be nice and bright in the day but also super cosy in the evenings.
The master bedroom has a very comfy super-king bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. There's a built-in wardrobe and wooden chest of drawers for some extra storage space if you need it.
The second bedroom has a double bed and another built in wardrobe for your clothes.
The main bathroom in the entrance corridor has another shower and a bathtub for those of you who prefer a nice relaxing soak.
There is also a washing-machine and drying rack located in the cupboard between the bedrooms for guest use.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the flat for the entirety of their stay. Self check-in and out.
There is paid on-street parking directly outside the flat, useful for short stops, maximum stay 3 hours. If staying for longer there is an off-road car park called Trojan Free Fighters car park. It's a 7 minute walk from my flat and is located just off Wellington Road. It's open from 7am-8pm and is £6 a day or £15 for all day and all night. There is also the main car park in Cabot Circus (also about 7 minute walk) which I believe is £18 for 24 hours.
The Neighborhood:
My flat is located on a quiet street just off Portland Square. There are some fantastic coffee shops in most directions you walk and if you cross the square you're at Cabot Circus! There's a beautiful church in the square called Circomedia which is now a school for contemporary circus and physical theatre.
Getting Around:
As my flat is very central, you can get to most places in the city centre on foot but there are also lots of local buses and if you're brave enough, scooters as well. I'm about a 25 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station and a 10 minute walk from the main bus station. Easy access to the M32 also.

Other Things to Note:
When you arrive, please head to the utility cupboard, find the hot water boost switch and boost the hot water 🚿 for 1/4 hour to get the system going again. (If the flat has been empty for a few days the hot water will need a boost to get going again!)
