La Tempa del Conte is a beautiful villa designed for those who want to relax surrounded by the sea, mountains, and unspoiled nature. With its panoramic location, the villa offers a stunning 360-degree view of the beautiful natural surroundings—with mountains to the left, hills in front, and a breathtaking panorama of our wonderful sea to the right.

The villa can accommodate up to 7 guests and features three bedrooms: two double rooms and one triple room, all with private bathrooms. Each room features a private outdoor area with tables and chairs, perfect for enjoying the peace and the scenery.

Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners, and a seasonal pool (open from June 1 to September 30) surrounded by greenery, ideal for cooling off on hot days. Private on-site parking ensures maximum convenience.

Nearby, you can visit the beach at Marina di Ascea, the archaeological site of Velia, and the villages of Acciaroli, Pisciotta, Palinuro, and Marina di Camerota.

Upon request, a cot is available for a €10 surcharge payable at the property.
