Bright single storey house, facing south, in a small one-way street on a 1200m2 enclosed plot.
. Contemporary decoration, large living room of 49 m2 opening onto a covered courtyard and a garden not overlooked separated from a field with sheep
. Fully equipped kitchen (LV, oven, fridge freezer, microwave).
. Three bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, 3 beds 90), a bathroom, two WCs,
.TV, stereo, board games, books.
Barbecue, plancha, garden table and deckchairs. Garage with L linen.

5 kilometers from the beaches of Mesquer / Quimiac (swimming, fishing on foot, sailing school), 200 meters from the salt marshes of MES. Guérande is ten kilometers away and La Baule 12KMS. Car required.
Sheets and household linen not provided (package of 50 euros if requested).
If rental TWO WEEKS, sheets and household linen provided without supplement)

Maison confortable. Lumineuse. Très bien équipée en vaisselle, rangement dans les chambres et la salle de bain. Jardin agréable extrêmement calme avec chevaux et chèvres dans le fond. Véranda agréable pour les repas. L’hôtesse est très sympathique, à l’écoute, donnant plein de renseignements sur les environs.

Belle petit maison dans un cadre idyllique

Très jolie maison très propre et au calme dans un cadre exceptionnel et idéal pour les enfants. La propriétaire est très sympathique et à l’écoute. Les commerces sont à quelques minutes en voiture. Je conseille vivement cette endroit pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Un bijou dans l'écrin de Guérande

Maison très fonctionnelle avec un grand jardin sans vis à vis. Elle est superbement décorée avec plein d'œuvres d'art. Mieux qu'en photos !

wunderschöner Urlaub in wunderschönem Haus

Das Haus ist noch toller, als es auf den Fotos zu erkennen ist! Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber und schon alles! Der Garten ist wirklich traumhaft! Es ging eine große überdachte Terrasse, bei der man auch bei schlechterem Wetter gut sitzen kann. Nebenan grasen Ziegen und Schafe und die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und dörflich. In den Ort sind es etwas über einen Kilometer. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und auch sehr hilfreich mit Tipps zum Einkaufen und für Ausflüge. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Belle maison dans un petit village, à côté des marais salants. Maison très propre et bien équipée. Premières plages à 10 minutes en voiture. Guérande à 15 minutes. Localisation parfaite pour visiter les alentours tout en étant au calme.

Séjour reposant dans un cadre de verdure

Maison fonctionnelle (équipement pour bébé compris - baignoire, pot, chaise haute, lit parapluie), rien n'y manque. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos 3 enfants de 18 mois, 4 et 6 ans. Jardin clos entièrement, en face d'un champ de moutons et chèvres. Location idéale pour un séjour familiale, à 10 min des plages en voiture, 10 min à pied d'un très beau marais salant.

Super séjour

La maison correspond en tout à la description de l'annonce : elle est très bien équipée en vaisselle, essuies et autres. La maison est adaptée aux jeunes enfants (3 ans dans notre cas). Le jardin et la terrasse sont une invitation au lâcher prise et a la sieste. L'accueil était très chaleureux et si besoin d'informations complémentaires, on pouvait contacter la propriétaire. La région est très belle. Nous gardons que de bons souvenirs.
