Located near the historic village of Le Cannet (1.3 km) and Cannes (2 km), we welcome you to our lovely 2-bedroom house (73 m²) with 500m2 garden.
Surrounded by greenery and not overlooked, it is an ideal base for your stay on the Côte d'Azur, away from the seaside crowds but only 3 km from the beaches.

Villa grown floor that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people:

- Large living room opening onto a shaded terrace and garden (500m2) - lovelyopen view not overlooked
- Separate dining room
- Kitchen with fridge + freezer + kettle + Nespresso machine + toaster + oven + microwave + dishwasher
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x200)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate toilet
- Amenities: air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedroom + Wi-Fi + iron and ironing board + hairdryer + washing machine
- Miscellaneous: sheets and towels provided + welcome pack for the bathroom + basic cleaning supplies
