Tucked along one of the most desirable streets in Lymington, this smart terraced cottage is tastefully furnished and thoughtfully arranged for comfort and calm. The layout flows across three floors, making it feel both spacious and homely.
On the ground floor, the snug doubles as a dining area — an ideal spot for lazy breakfasts or a quiet evening meal. Upstairs on the first floor, the sitting room offers a relaxing place to unwind with a book or glass of wine after a day on the water or in the forest.
The Kitchen and Garden
The kitchen is bright, well-equipped and opens out into a south-west facing walled garden — a lovely spot to enjoy drinks or dinner in the evening sun. There’s a rustic outdoor table, warm evening light and a sense of privacy that’s rare so close to the town centre.
The Bedrooms
Upstairs, two stylish bedrooms provide a restful retreat. Both rooms have been carefully decorated to create a calm and welcoming feel, with soft linens and subtle coastal touches. The layout is perfect for two couples or a small family looking to share time away together.

The cottage is just a five-minute walk from the quay, where you can sit with a drink at The Old Ship or pop into the artisan coffee shop. Lymington’s famous Saturday market is just around the corner, and you`re also within easy reach of M&S Food Hall, Waitrose and a Tesco mini-market.
From the doorstep, you can explore Lymington’s historic streets, wander along the marina, or set off along the Solent Way toward Keyhaven. Beaulieu, Brockenhurst and Burley are all just a short drive away — perfect for walking, cycling or picnicking under the trees.
The railway station is an easy ten-minute stroll, as is the Isle of Wight ferry terminal, offering day trips across the Solent.

- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

- 50% refund if cancelled 30–60 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.

This is our second home, and we respectfully ask that you treat the property with care during your stay.
The staircase is quite steep and may not be suitable for young children or elderly guests.
Please remove your shoes indoors to help protect the wooden floors.
We allow one small dog, but kindly ask that they are not allowed on the furniture.
Whilst a cleaning fee is included, any excessive cleaning or damage may be chargeable.
