Unfortunately we asked if there were many stairs, as my husband has difficulty with stairs.We were told that it was just one flight of stairs to the first floor apartment.When we arrived the only place to park was in the garage where there was a lift but it was not working. We therefore had the stairs from the garage to the lobby and then another set of stairs to the apartment.We would not have taken this apartment if we knew this beforehand.

We’re sorry to hear that the access arrangements were more difficult than you had anticipated, particularly given your husband’s difficulty with stairs. Unfortunately, the lift in the building has been out of operation. As it is not a working facility, we do not include or market the lift as an available amenity, and we would not want to give guests the impression that it can be relied upon for access.
