The apartment is in a great location. Close to the metro and bus lines. The owners are very responsive. There was a small maintenance issue but once reported the owners were very proactive it getting it remedied. Barcelona is a wonderful city. I highly recommend visiting and this unit is a great place to stay.

Jacob was incredibly nice, welcoming, and communicative! Upon check-in, he made plenty of recommendations for the city and got us acquainted with the neighborhood. The apartment was walkable to many of the neighborhoods we wished to eat and shop in and was an easy metro ride to the famous architectural sites. We would be happy to stay here again!

The location of the property was not “steps from La Rambla” and the area was not ideal. However the hosts were amazing and the property was clean and comfortable. We had issues with the AC but it was fixed quickly. The Metro was nearby so traveling around the City was easy. Overall our stay was great. I left a gift behind and the hosts have been king enough to mail it to me.

The apartment is approximately a 15-minute walk from Las Ramblas, and it is also very well connected by metro with only one stop to reach Las Ramblas. Regarding the air conditioning, the issue was due to missing batteries in the remote control, which had likely been removed by previous guests. Once informed, our team attended the apartment promptly and replaced them immediately to ensure everything was working properly. The property is located in the Poble Sec, a central and well-connected neighbourhood in Barcelona with plenty of local restaurants, theatres, and easy access to the main attractions of the city. We’re also pleased that you were able to enjoy Barcelona easily thanks to the nearby public transport. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would be happy to welcome you back in the future.
