There is excellent public transport, 15 minutes by bus to Princes Street, 20 minute direct Bus/Tram from Edinburgh Airport, and the popular Edinburgh Zoo, Murrayfield Stadium are both a 10 minute walk. There are vibrant bars and cafes on the doorstep, and a beautiful scenic walk along the Water of Leith.Flat consists of 2 bedrooms/
1 large double bedroom with a large King Size/
1 bedroom with two singles beds.
There is a large bright and airy Livingroom with a lovely bay window.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with an Electric Aga. One bathroom with shower and bath.
Free Parking outside the flat.Guests have full access to the entire flat, and are welcome to use all amenities in the flat, please use the flat as your Edinburgh home during your stay, and enjoy exploring all the local amenities.There will be keys safe access.
