Villa Pozzillo has a large private garden of 2000 square meters, which ends to the rocky beach in front of the villa. There is a private swimming pool of 6.50x13 mt. depth from 0.20 to 1.35 mt. there is a pool house with dressing room and bathroom with shower. the pool is equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas for shade. Is also present a Barbeque and a covered patio with table and Charis for al fresco meals.

The interiors of the villa develop in two floors and is over 300 square meters. Ground floor the entrance leads to the large living room equipped with sofas and TV LCD, there is a dining room which opens to the garden facing the pool, and a fully equipped kitchen, a service bathroom with Wc and sink, one double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, and a laundry room with a wash and dryer. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower.

Catania is 30 km away and is either Airport, Port or train station, Taormina 34 km; Siracusa 98 km; Palermo 270 km.

Rental rules

Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 2000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
