Modern & Luxurious 3 bedroom penthouse nestled in the mountains of Esentepe, with full ocean views , and a short walk to the beach. The penthouse is part of a new boutique development just off the Esentepe coast road. Part of the complex includes a very generous communal pool with modern and comfy pool side furniture to relax and sunbathe.

The highlight of the penthouse is large entertaining private roof top terrace with built in BBQ and electric pergola with sweeping mountain and ocean views.
