Welcome to Our Villa.. a little piece of paradise. The Villa is situated at the top of Esentepe Village, Northern Cyprus and it can be rented for short or long term let. This 4 bedroom, 2 Bathroom house can sleep up to 8 adults. Air conditioned throughout, extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated with a private overflow 8 x 4 meter swimming pool, complimented with a poolside shower.
This impressive detached, holiday villa is situated above the bustling village of Esentepe which is East of Kyrenia in Northern Cyprus. Built on rock at the side of a ravine, our Villa boasts some of the best, panoramic views this side of the island. With it's back drop of the Bespamak mountains, side views of the pine forest ravine flowing down to the dramatic uninterupted, seascape at the front of the house. The Villa was built in 2005 and whilst being sympathetic to its surroundings it also showcases it's beauty, with every room offering a different picture of the ever changing landscape. The large garden has been designed to take full advantage of its exquisite surroundings, with different ambiences as you meander through.

Nestling below the beautiful Bespamak mountains with priceless views of mountain and sea, set on the side of a magnificant ravine, the floor of which is covered with Pine forest. If you are looking for peace and quiet in a romantic setting you have found the right place. Being at the top of Esentepe village, gives privacy and tranquility, in contrast a 10 minute stroll brings you to the Village Centre, with its Restaurants, bars and village stores.
Whether you want to purely relax by the pool, visit one of the many beaches and sandy coves, play at the Championship standard, Korenium Golf and Country Club. Or you might want to visit the nearby Turtle Beach to witness the rare sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs!
With all this a short drive, Villa DeloMoore is the perfect place to stay.
PLEASE NOTE - The Villa sits on the side of a Ravine with a shear drop, railings reduce the risk of falling, however, Children MUST BE SUPERVISED at all times.
The villa is deep cleaned between guests arrival and departure.
We have a professional house manager nearby should our guests need support.

Robert and myself (Lynn) have recently retired, we both had stressful working lives and holidays are really important to us. Our son Thomas is at college studying to become a paramedic. It took us years to find Villa DeloMoore, but as soon as we walked down the garden path we knew this house was for us. When on holiday, having a choice is important to us, as is privacy with quality time spent together. The villa is not overlooked and is nice and private, though a very short stroll will take you to the nearest restaurant and slightly further (about 10 minutes on foot) will take you to the Village Centre with it's restaurants and bars. We have holidayed in many Villas and like to think we have created a home from home which is well equipped and inviting!
Why they chose this property
We thank you for taking the time to view the villa Information. We have been holidaying in Northern Cyprus for the past 12 years (at least twice a year) and fell in love with the area on our first visit. Since then, it has been our dream to own a holiday home here in North Cyprus and to share it with others. In July 2015 our search came to an abrupt halt, when finally, we were taken to see, what is now our 'Little Piece of Paradise'. From the moment we laid eyes on the beautiful house, garden and it's magnificent views... we knew it would be ours! Since moving in to our Villa, we have made lots of enhancements, constructing a tasteful fence which zones the various terraces and makes the spaces safer and more useable. Making the most of the sun and shade throughout the day. We have added exterior lighting around the building but mainly to the lower deck, which is furnished with dining table and chairs. We invested in 3 hanging wooden chairs for this area which looks down the ravine to the sea, perfect for relaxing with a book and a glass of wine. A large, outdoor, freestanding BBQ was added next to the kitchen, allowing guests to make the most of alfresco dining by the pool around the large circular dining table.
What makes this property unique
Unfortunately the pictures don't do the views justice! When we first walked through the gates, down the side of the Villa, we were speechless other than to say WOW! To be honest we had to go back and view the property several time as we kept forgetting what the inside of the house was like! Don't get us wrong it was a lovely house, but we kept looking out of the numerous windows and doors at the views, which change throughout the day and night! We were drawn to stay and each time we visit we find it harder to come home.
Spending time at the villa makes us relax, the overflow pool with it's views, our private balcony, the villa's location.... (there are not many places where you can have breakfast whilst watching the herder herd his goats on the other side of the ravine).
We really could go on and on, but, well, come and see!!!
