Fabulous 4 Bed Villa with 10m x 5m Private Pool located Ozankoy, N. Cyprus

Exclusive four bedroom villa (Devi Villa) in a quiet cul-de-sac. The villa has 4 large rooms with two bedrooms ensuite comfortably sleeping eight.
The well appointed villa is in an ideal location with stunning views of mountains on one side and sea to the other. The villa entrance is surrounded by a garden full of citrus fruit trees and colourful Mediterranean flowers.
The villa is approximately 5 minutes drive from the city centre and less than five minutes drive to local supermarkets (e. g. Starling, Marko), coffee shops, popular restaurants Chinese, American, Turkish, Mexican. Sandy beaches e. g. Escape beach and casinos are also a short drive away.
The pool size is 10mX5m pool for those wishing to relax by the pool. There are 6 x sun lounges, rattan furniture sets and several umbrellas. A new addition are the multi coloured led pool lights for evening and night time swims or just relaxation by the pool.
Nearby overlooking the pool is a barbecue area for those wishing to be culinary adventurous. The tiled gazebo located next to a stone built BBQ offers shade for lunchtime dining overlooking the pool or for an evening BBQ with views of St Hilarian Mountain and if you are lucky views of fireworks nearby Kyrenia harbour and castle.

The large lounge with double doors overlooking the pool with free WiFi also has a 43'' smart TV with access to several english channels including bbc, discovery, history, cartoon network, disney channels, hard disk with over 50 films and free wifi. As a smart tv with broadband, why not login to your e.g . netflix account, amazon prime and watch your favourite programmes. The villa also has cd player and ipod player allowing music to be played from your phone. In addition, the villa has a selection of books and games.
The comfortably villa sleeps 8, however, both single and double size comfort quest airbeds are available at request for additional guests.

Lovely villa and pool. Only issue was the drainage. From day one the drain in the ground floor shower was very slow and before you could finish a shower the room was flooding. The drain from the upstairs showers was also slow and leaked out at the patio area beside the pool. The bbq area was excellent and the kids spent hours in the pool. Overall a very comfortable experience.
