Sitting within easy reach of the town of Kyrenia this beautiful modern villa boasts outstanding views of the Mediterranean Sea at the back and stunning views of the towering Besparmak Mountains at the front of the property. The villa is central to several villages and in easy driving distance of the local supermarket’s, retail outlets, numerous restaurants and where fresh produce is easily available. The villa is equipped for a maximum of 6 people and boasts a private swimming pool situated within its own boundaries/grounds. Spacious lounge with adjacent dining room affording easy access to the all around patio with steps leading down to the covered parking space located beneath the villa.
