Cyprus Harbour View Villa has a very peaceful and private location with panoramic views of the sea and coastline overlooking the old town of Kyrenia, St Hillarian Castle and the Mountains in Northern Cyprus. This luxury villa has a private swimming pool with massive sun terrace, an outside BBQ with terrace and sofas to the rear, plus there are mature gardens. The house is an ideal holiday home for families or groups of friends with loads of space for lounging inside, under the pergola or around the pool or BBQ. There is a modern and stylish fully equipped kitchen for enjoying the local produce with inside and outside dining areas to suit every occasion. WiFI Available.
The private pool has a sun deck some of which is completely shielded. There is a lovely BBQ sun deck and mature rear garden, both of which are totally concealed. Perfect for private sunbathing.
The master bedroom is spacious with a super king size bed, ensuite with shower and access to a large panoramic balcony through french windows. There is a king size and a twin bedroom with access to a bathroom. There are french windows from the upper hallway to the large balcony. All bedrooms have Air-Con and for winter bookings we have full central heating.
We are 5 min. drive from the restaurant quarter at the old Crusader Harbour, which is right beside the main shopping area. There is a local supermarket 3 min. drive away.

There is good inexpensive skiing on the Troodos Mountains which are 2 hours drive away. There are 3 lifts with short runs and one with longer runs and a wider variety. for conditions check the skicyprus website

Family fun

We all had an amazing time in the villa. Loads of outside space. Near to all good restaurants. The pool was so nice and everything we needed was in the villa. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic Villa

This is our third visit to Lyn's gorgeous villa. It is so very comfortable and spacious with everything we want for a great holiday. The pool is perfect for the kids to play all day and for us to cool off. We didn't explore as much this time as we had seen all the lovely sites like St Hilarian and Salamis Roman Ruins. We were sunbed potatoes and when we wanted shade we moved in under the terrace beside the Bourgainvillia.There is a really good BBQ and patio at the rear but our favourite was on the giant balcony outside of the master bedroom where we had breakfast (made by the kidss!!!) every morning just soaking up the view. Best places to eat are 14, Niazis and Effendi. But Lyn has a guide that gives you all the great eateries and trips out. Our visit was so well organised, we poured off the plane and Musaffa took us straight to the villa where our rental car was sitting ready for us to go off for our favourite full kebab at Niazis. Yum I am hungry already.

Lovely villa, we had a nice relaxing holiday, we had a few trips, but mostly just relaxing by the pool just what we were looking for. The only problem we had was the lack of water, it was finally fixed after a few days.

Home from home

Had a fabulous stay last week, everything we needed in the villa, very comfortable. Agent great. Fabulous garden, outside space is perfect for shade. Pool brilliant, kids loved it. Mountain and sea views. Kitchen a bit tired but functional. A/c just in bedrooms but large fan also in lounge. Good location but must have a car. Would thoroughly recommend this villa. You do share the outdoor space with a few friendly cats which we didn't mind at all. Would recommend shopping at Sah marketplace, more like waitrose. Eat at Ambiance and The House also Bellapais Gardens. Have an early evening drink at the Sky bar roof top bar at the Lords Palace hotel. Also visit Palm Beach hotel as a day guest in Famagusta and walk aling beach to fence to see the ghost town. Very easy to get around by car as drive on left, same plugs as UK and bery good exchange rate at present. If you arrange own taxi transfer from airport make sure you use directions given from Altinkaya hotel as drivers often cannot find and you'll end up in very narrow streets up in Bellapais at night, as we did! Enjoy your stay here, I'm sure you'll love it.

Beautiful and spacious. Our best holiday so far

Our third time at Lyn's Villa. It is so comfortabel and spacious with stunning gardens and a massive bourgainvilla shading the covered veranda. Perfect for our pre-dinner G&Ts. Lyn provides everything we needed for an amazing holiday and we cooked some wonderful meals and had fun BBQs at the rear terrace. We were sunlounger potatoes this year as we had seen the lovely sites before. But if it is your first time is worth exploring the castles and the ancient roman remains at Salamis. The kids loved the pool which is large and very well maintained and we lounged around the poolside with an occasional swim to cool off. Our favourite place and time was the morning when we were treated every day to breakfast by the kids on the large patio outside the master bedroom. Our arrival was perfect as Lyn had organised our rental car and pick up from Larnaca and we arrived in time to go out for dinner at Niazis. Lyn looked after us so well with advice on flights a guide to the best restaurants and places to see. The local mobile phone was a great asset for making bookings and the wifi worked well for our game addicted 14 year old. Looking at flights for next year and have already reserved our two weeks at Easter.

Stunning Villa

We had such a lovely holiday and it was because of the absolutely beautiful villa we stayed in. It was spacious, clean and had absolutely everything provided for you to have a relaxing time. You can tell that the owners love their villa because of how it is kept, it felt like a home for our 2 weeks stay. I have recommended this property to all my family and friends and intend to return. it is suitable for a relaxing time or family vacation and has so much to offer.

Why they chose this property

We have spent a lot of time in Cyprus and love the people the food and the environment. The life style is relaxed and there are no hen or stag parties.

Kyrenia has so much character and warmth that we wanted to spend more time here.

The location is private and peaceful, set in the foothills on the way to Bellapaise abbey is a perfect setting as it is far enough out of town to be quiet and peaceful enjoying stunning views yet close enough to enjoy the great restaurants and get to the shop for a pint of milk without travelling miles



What makes this property unique

When we first visited the Villa we fell in love with the garden and the views, every other villa has a pool and a sun area, but here we found stunning views all round and a beautiful mature garden. We have a bird of paradise which we brought home from our honeymoon 40 years ago, when we saw that the villa had a bird of paradise in the garden we just knew is was the place to buy. Now one of the daughters of our original is also in the Villa garden.
