Delightful two storey house to rent at Ozankoy, near Kyrenia. Fabulous views of sea, mountains and crusader castles. This would suit extended family group of all ages. The main villa has three bedrooms, all upstairs with a family bathroom. There is also a shower room with WC on the ground floor. The full size kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The lounge has an open fire and is traditionally furnished with french windows onto front and back terraces. Plenty of outdoor space and seating for entertaining and family meals. The dining area has a table seating 8. Internet access included. The secluded private pool 8 by 4 metres is surrounded by fragrant mature shrubs and trees. This typically mediterranean garden with figs, oranges, grapefruit and palm trees is shady and with pleasant paths to explore. Jasmine Steps is just below Bellapais Abbey and is within easy reach of Kyrenia with its fabulous Harbour and St Hilarion the fairy tale castle. The wonderful unspoilt beaches of North Cyprus are very close, only a few minutes drive away.

What a wonderful villa, from the large pool, to the well laid out and equipped interior,The location couldnt be better, We absolutely loved our 14 days there,It had such a welcoming feel from the moment we arrived,The only disappointment being our time passed to quickly,I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to visit the area,Wonderful doesn't do it justice

Lovely peaceful villa with good pool

Passed a lovely peaceful 2 weeks at lavender steps. Close to shops and restaurants. Reasonably close to beaches and within reach of interesting tourist sites to visit.

Sunshine and lazy days

We had a great time and some excitement when we had a visit from a black tarantula in our living room one morning. The days were long and hot so the pool was a blessing.

Lovely Villa if a bit dated

Great Villa, if a bit dated; I think this has been a general theme amongst other reviews. The kitchen would benefit from a rip out and update, and the TV is a bit too wee for the living room. The forna around the pool gives great privacy but the tree to the North would benefit from a topping to stop shading the pool during the day. Great comms with the host, excellent advice and very helpful with the local hire car and transfer to and from Larnica, 5 stars for Oscar Cars. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben es genossen!

Wir als große Familie mit 5 Kindern haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus In bester Lage, zur Not alles zu Fuß erreichbar und gute Ausstattung. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation vereinfachte das ganze noch zusätzlich. Vielen Dank und beste Grüße!

Lovely home but air con only in bedrooms.

All the specifications are correct apart from the air con which is only located in the bedrooms upstairs. Plus throughout my stay the air con in the largest room did not work. I had to contact the manager on numerous occasions. My stay was ruined as I was eight months pregnant and it was too much for me. I spoke with Elizabeth the landlord who was lovely but unfortunately her Mark who manages the her home was not reliable. If the air con was throughout the property and actually worked this would be a great place to stay.

Situated in a very queit and peaceful residential location, the price was reasonable and thevilla was very clean but the decor and pool furnature were tired and in need of some TLC. Had a few issues all were sorted very quickly and efficiently by freindly staff. Information pack extreamly good as we used the private hospital recommended well worth a stay and would go back and stay again.

Good value stay

Villa is dated in some areas ,but clean and everything working fine.it has a fantastic pool, cleaned regularly, linen change halfway through holiday, very quiet area.12 minutes walking distance to restaurants ,bars,supermarket within 5 minutes drive.car hire and transfers from Larnaca really good. Welcome pack provided,which was handy due to late arrival..Good value.

Mir und meine Familie hat es gefallen.

Das Haus war eigentlich sehr gepflegt bis auf die Sanitär Einrichtung Bad und WC, die müsste man wirklich auf einen neuen Stand bringen. Was mir persönlich nicht gefallen hat, dass niemand da war der uns empfangen hat. Zur Lage, ohne Auto geht hier gar nichts. Also entweder mieten oder Taxi. Das Strand ist min. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto und Zentrum auch in etwa gleich. Ansonsten hatten wir sehr viel Spaß am Pool gehabt meine zwei kleinen haben es sehr genossen, deshalb auch gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern.
