Sehr schönes Haus in hervorragender Lage mit einem sehr sehr netten Gastgeber

Perfekt ausgestattet, sehr gut zu Girne gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig, Timur und Derya waren stets ansprechbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Danke schön!

Lovely stay

Well appointed Villa, exceptionally clean with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Lovely gardens and pool. The second bedroom however could have had better bed linen, the pillow cases were actually big cushion covers. The pool lights weren't working at night which we love to see, to some people this wouldn't have been an issue but to us it was. The owner, however did explain the reasons why. The street is on a short but steep incline which proved a problem walking into the village especially in the heat. My final negative was the property manager, it would have been nice to put a face to the name but we never saw her once and found her not very helpful when we had a couple of questions. Having said this i would recommend this villa to future holiday makers.

Tranquil

Private and peaceful villa in beautifully laid out gardens. Communications with Derya were responded to immediately and transfers to and from airport were seamless. We needed Derya to help us with a couple of start -of-season hiccups ( the water tank needed refilling and there were a couple of leaks in newly-installed pipework) but nothing major at all - and everything was sorted within a couple of hours of our text. Some new bedding and and a change of bed linen would have been appreciated but all in all- we had a wonderful break here and would very definitely visit again.

Since we unfortunately have to work a few years and can not be all year round in Cyprus we decided to rent it. So if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.

Why they chose this property

We have bought our house after several years of holidays in Northern Cyprus. The main reason for Kyrenia / Ozankoy was that it was close to the beach close to the city close to the mountains. And the most important super quiet and in a very private and beautiful environment The area around Kyrenia is in our opinion the most beautiful in the whole of Cyprus. There are great restaurants around the corner many sights and great beaches.
