Villa Týmarhane is a beautiful villa especially in Spring Time when wild flowers are in abundance & a perfect time for walkers, it boasts a lovely elevated position in the mountains above Incesu with spectacular uninterrupted views to the mountains and down to the Mediterranean Sea. With forestry land sitting behind the villa it makes easy access for breath taking walks both towards Ilgaz and Lapta. Also just 5 minutes drive from the sea and 15 minutes from the main town of Kyrenia. Detached, set in approx 3rd of an acre of terraced gardens, it provides very generous accommodation with 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms, two being en suite; all fully air conditioned and with a glorious horizon infinity pool.

Excellent location

We stayed for two weeks in June. Amazing place with beautiful views. Quite a drive up the mountain but worth it. Lovely pool with views. Not good for people with disabilities as there are many steps. Well worth the money

Peaceful bliss

Lovely villa, very spacious (although note bedrooms are split between ground and first floor), very clean, beautiful views and super quiet and peaceful. Nice pool which is well maintained and lovely outside barbeque/eating area. Villa is also very well equipped with everything you might need. If you are considering northern Cyprus and want to stay in the Kyrenia area, you should seriously consider this property.

Tranquillity

Our stay was relaxing. we went for a few walks to other villages. There is a few nice restaurants a short drive away. there are beaches within 15 minuets drive so you have a choice. Being up in the hills was different, it was a little cooler and the pool was cooler but the views were to die for, absolutely amazing. Have some great pictures and video's. The owners are so good you will absolutely have a great stay in this villa. Would go back in the future if they will have us. Than you to the owners from us all.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in North Cyprus with my wife, two kids, and a friend. The villa is beautifully traditional, well laid out, and has air con, a lovely pool, and great outdoor space with stunning views from the terrace. Location is ideal - just 10 minutes to Kyrenia’s beaches and close to plenty of restaurants. Roy was great to deal with, and Kemal was brilliant in keeping the pool and gardens perfect during our stay. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful villa. We loved the space and different areas the villa had to offer. Yes,you do need a car, although it was east to get a taxi too. You are at the top of the mountain with amazing views and complete peace and quiet. We travelled with teenagers who also loved it. We would definitely stay again next time in Northern Cyprus.

Tranquil setting

We enjoyed an amazing stay at the villa. Excellent communication and the Villa had plenty of room to accommodate all 5 of us. The only minor issue we encountered was intermittent internet. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommended

Amazing Views

Lovely location in the mountain with exceptional views. AC needs updating as very noisy and the timings need to be changed as came on too late. Communication was first class location amazing very chilled place if you want to relax and enjoy the views this is the place for you.

Incredibly peaceful and beautiful

After crossing the border into North Cyprus, my phone decided to not work,… but had taken screen shots of the incredible directions sent to us which led us straight to the beautiful villa. Once there everything is explained and a home from home. So comfortable, and incredibly beautiful. We had the much needed sunny, peaceful break needed. Plenty of all necessary relaxing items for a truly relaxing time. Thank you for sharing.

2nd stay at beautiful spacious villa with stunning views

Our second stay here. It worked well for us when my children were teens but even better now they are adults. Perfect bbq and outdoor dining area. Views are stunning day, evening and at night. Cool welcome breeze as set up in the hills. Only challenges could be the steep drive (you just have to go for it!) and loosing balls over the edge of the pool and watching them disappear down the road 🤣. Good internet connection - vital for exam results and the odd Netflix evening. Mostly time spent in the pool and home catering with lovely local produce. Some great beaches including a new one called Suna’s where we hired a cabana for my birthday!

The right place to calm down and relax

Very quiet, no disturbing noise, only birds and insects sound in the garden. Pool with outstanding view to the sea. Plenty of space, uncomplicated cooperation with the owner. Lovely place to stay for some days of rest.
