A stunning, gated villa located on the outskirts of the quaint village of Bellapais which boasts an array of historic sights, restaurants and bars. Kyrenia harbour is also a less than five minute drive away where you can find a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars and casinos. There are four different beaches within a five minute drive of the villa and there are local supermarkets which are a ten minute walk away. The property itself comprises of four en suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious lounge, two large terraces with views of both the sea and mountains, a private 11x5m swimming pool, maintained mature gardens and a fully equipped outside bar area. Also included is satellite television, free WiFi and wireless ceiling speakers.

*Electricty usage - an allowance of £50 per week. Any extra usage is to be paid for by the guests on departure*
