The property boasts spectacular elevated views down to the Mediterranean Sea with the back drop of the mountains behind. Conveniently placed between the villages of Catalkoy & Ozankoy which offer a wide variety of restaurants & shops. Situated approx 4 miles east of Kyrenia town and its beautiful harbour. Many beaches just a short drive away. On a development of 6 privately owned villa's with it's own 5m x 10m swimming pool solely for your use.
Notes on accommodation:
Azure is a beautiful modern villa decorated to a high standard. The sitting room has quadruple aspect, which maximises the natural light and offers cross ventilation. There are five patio doors which all lead out onto terraces. An open fire place and travertine floor which both compliment the ground floor. All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. (1 x King with ensuite / 1 x Double / 1 x Twin). Also the family bathroom (with a bath). There is a door on the landing leading to the roof terrace which offers an alternative sun bathing area, or better still an evening drink. To the west is the view of the remains of the ancient Bellepais Abbey, said to be the most impressive Gothic building in Cyprus. A fantastic sight when illuminated in the evening.
The villa is managed by Kristina who also looks after the pool, Neptune Pools.
There is a mobile phone at the villa for guests to book restaurants etc or to contact Kristina, we would ask you to top up if you use it.

Outside:
There is a large overflow swimming pool (10mx5m) with a slight gradient going from 1.5m to 1.7m this is cleaned and maintained twice weekly. There are sunbeds with cushions, tables and parasols provided for your comfort. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. A barbecue and large patio area, with dining table for 6 under a pergola is located at the front beside the pool, specifically positioned there to appreciate the views. The pool can be illuminated in the evening with under water lighting and the BBQ area also has lighting for that alfresco evening dining. To the rear of the villa is a large paved terrace with slightly raised borders planted with Orleandor and Hibiscus, orange and lemon trees. There is a large covered pergola with furniture for your comfort. The outside paving surrounds the property allowing complete outside access. Mature gardens to all sides. A stone wall surrounds the property with a gated entrance to the drive with parking for 3/4 cars.

Utility Room:
A washing machine is under the stairs with an ironing board and iron.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen
The villa will be cleaned for your arrival. The beds are prepared with fresh linen and towels, with extra bedding and towels provided for stays of two weeks and more, (no beach/pool towels are supplied).
A welcome pack is supplied for your arrival which includes some basic food and drink essentials for your first night/morning at the villa.

Other:
Dining area with table and chairs that sit up to 6 people, also small sideboard. The dining room has patio doors that lead to the rear garden/terrace. We have an electricity allowance of 350 units per week. There is a small children’s fun fare approximately 500/600 metres from the villa. The children’s fun fare caters for children in the age range of 4 -10 therefore the rides are low intensity and relatively low volume.
