This is a Luxury newly renovated bungalow which is equipped to a high standard. Offering ample indoor and outdoor space to make your holiday extra special and comfortable.

All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with Egyptian cotton bed linen, Orthopedic mattresses, parquet flooring throughout, air conditioning/heating, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, fly screens and floor fans. The Master en-suite has patio doors leading out to the poolside terrace which offers glorious mountain views. All rooms are decorated with comfort and space in mind.

The lounge, which overlooks the pool on one side and the Sea on the other, has comfortable seating, large smart TV and DVD player. French doors open onto the poolside terrace which has an outside seating area for lounging around or al fresco dining. The garden and pool area are almost totally secluded with ample covered shaded area. Sun beds are wider than normal and very comfortable. Beach Towels are provided.

The fully fitted kitchen has a large seating area with patio doors leading to the poolside terrace. A Nespresso Coffee machine is available for use along with filtered tap water to ensure guests are not having to purchase bottled water. Also included is free Wi-Fi internet, 55" smart TV, bath and beach towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and off street parking. For 10+ night bookings there is a weekly maid service, free of charge, to change bed linen, if required, towels, hoover and mop. A welcome pack is also provided and included in the booking fee. As I own a property management company, airport transfers, car hire, wheelchair assistance etc can be organised. Just send a request with your booking.

Please note any additional overnight guests, other than those booked and paid for, will be subject to a £25 per person per night charge.

Getting here:
You have a choice of flying to Ercan airport (North Cyprus) with a transfer time of 25 minutes. Alternatively, for a wider choice of airlines, fly to Larnaca (South Cyprus) with a transfer time of 90 minutes. We can arrange airport transfers and car hire at cost.

Location:
The Summer Retreat is within walking distance to the sea, local supermarket, bakery, café, cash point/bank and the Fez Restaurant and Bar, which offers weekly live entertainment. A fifteen minute drive will bring you to the stunning Kyrenia Town Centre with its many shops and beautiful harbour; Kyrenia Castle housing the oldest Shipwreck and the famous Bellapais Abbey, which is nestled in the mountain village with unique shops and restaurants.

The main turtle sanctuary of Alagadi is a 10 minute drive and the amazing Korinium Golf course is only a 15 minutes’ drive. Further afield is the Karpaz peninsula nature reserve with its spectacular scenery.

Whatever you are looking for The Summer Retreat serves as a good centre point. The Capital, Nicosia (Lefkosa), is a 30 minute drive away and offers fabulous winding cobbled streets offering local wares, historical buildings and local local cafes and restaurants.
