The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and two twin rooms, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with a lawn and well, and an enclosed rear patio with furniture, as well as off-road parking for 1 car. Within 1.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, with the beach 0.5 miles away. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. The village has a good range of shops and pubs, while close by are the pretty coastal villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, from which a ferry will take you to Plymouth. Along the southern edges of the peninsula are miles of beautiful walks with glorious views of Rame Head. Just a mile south of Millbrook lies Whitsand Bay with its miles of uncrowded sandy RNLI patrolled beach and dramatic cliffs. A superb base for discovering the wild side of Cornwall.
