You have to see it to believe it… This amazing TOP floor condo in The VIEW condo building is located on the MAIN CHANNEL of TABLE ROCK LAKE! ...Enjoy the UNOBSTRUCTED breathtaking VIEWS of the lake and the most glorious SUNSETS you have ever seen right from our private deck and great room- kitchen and family room.
This super clean family owned and managed condo is beautifully appointed and we are delighted to be able to share it's unique qualities with other lake loving families who will treat it with TLC!
The vaulted two story ceiling family room, kitchen and dinette offer PICTURESQUE views of Table Rock Lake!

Enjoy breakfast, lunch and magnificent SUNSET DINNERS from our balcony deck, or just inside, at the big dining table next to the picture window, still with FULL VIEW of the LAKE.
This grand spacious and beautifully decorated condo offers two main floor bedrooms, both with comfortable queen size beds and each with their own attached bathroom, the master suite offers a Jacuzzi tub. The upstairs loft has a comfortable queen size bed with a roll out, lift up twin size trundle bed, and also has an attached full bath- tub/shower bathroom.
The KITCHEN is large and WELL-STOCKED with comfortable padded seating for 6 at the beautiful mango wood bar height dinette table. As well as, seating for 4 at the island. We even have a waffle maker and pancake griddle, and for coffee, a Keurig K-Duo providing both coffee options- brewing a pot of coffee or making a single serve K cup.
After the sun sets, cozy up on our super comfortable butter soft leather sectional with foot rest ottomans for everyone, and enjoy a movie on the brand new surround sound 85" flat screen smart TV! We have cable channels and free WIFI. In addition, each bedroom has it's own smart TV.
There is an outdoor pool available next to the condo, as well as the Emerald Point Clubhouse pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day (usually open until late September). If you like lake swimming or fishing, there is a path from our condo down to the water's edge.
Gas grills are available in the pool area. The kitchen also has an electric grill for your convenience.
The Branson Bay Marina is within walking distance of the condo, they offer outdoor fenced boat/trailer storage if you are bringing your own boat or jet skis.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you use the loft room TRUNDLE bed, either LEAVE IT OUT unmade or if you need to move it out of your way, remove the bedding & leave it out so the cleaners will know it was used.
Guests do NOT need to strip used bed SHEETS, simply leave the used beds unmade so the cleaners will know they need fresh sheets.
Please simply leave any USED TOWELS hanging ON the towel HOOKS.
Please wipe down the kitchen countertops, load and START the dishwasher & remove ALL TRASH from the condo (it goes to the fenced area trash containers located on the North end of the parking lot.)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are a family of five (+2 now) and we LOVE Table Rock lake and Branson! We think this is the best lake on the earth to play in the water and and enjoy water sports. It is literally the best location on Table Rock Lake for enjoying the lake and you will not find a better view anywhere on the lake. The lake views we show you on our ad are ALL taken from OUR own deck and windows. Our motto is, as long as you are coming to the lake you may as well be ON THE LAKE!!!
What makes this property unique
We are one of the few true "LAKE FRONT" condos located right on the waters edge on the main channel of Table Rock Lake with an "UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW" of the lake! This is a big spacious penthouse condo with vaulted ceilings is very well appointed for your comfort and convenience, with a huge, butter soft, leather sectional and a 85" surround sound TV! Three bedrooms (one is a second floor open wall loft with a darkening privacy shade) and three bathrooms, clean, comfortable. Each room has a ceiling fan and box fan, each room has two luggage racks and large closets too. The main floor bedrooms have blackout draperies and the loft bedroom has a room darkening shade that comes down for light control and privacy. The large kitchen has everything you could want for cooking and baking, making pancakes or waffles, and enjoy brewed coffee or
K-cups. Enjoy the outdoors from the balcony deck which offers complete privacy since we are the end unit. Being the end unit on the top floor, in addition to privacy, there is no pitter-patter of footsteps to disturb your peace. We have tried to think of everything you could want or need for your stay with us!
