'Son Martorell' is a rustic estate in a great location with total privacy. The house, built in 1886, has been renovated by IDEARCH Studio, respecting traditional Menorcan architecture and updating it for modern comfort, using high-quality materials and finishes. A unique and exclusive experience in the heart of the Menorcan countryside, 5 minutes from the beaches of the south coast and the airport. Ideal for families and friends, to enjoy on vacation or to work from the island.

The spacious entrance porch to the house has a dining and relaxation area, ideal for enjoying the evenings and relaxing after a few days at the beach.
Private 35 m2 swimming pool with a magnificent solarium, shower, and access to a full bathroom in a building attached to the main house.
The property has private parking with capacity for several vehicles.

GARDEN AND POOL MAINTENANCE:The property has contracted gardening and pool cleaning services. Depending on the season, these services may be provided up to twice a week. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange a schedule, so the people carrying out the work will only be able to access the outside of the property without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.
