No wet or dirty dogs on furniture please! $50/pet/stay (second pet billed separately). Please disclose if you are bringing a pet as a longer clean is required. Thank you!
Homeowners Renee and Amber live nearby and are often readily available if needed. We are glad to tell you about the area & point you in the right direction for local food or fun.
This is a corner house in a quiet & spacious section of downtown. You will love the ease of parking and getting around from here.
Please make yourself at home! The kitchen & bath are fully stocked with all you need. Please remove dirty shoes indoors and leave dirty bikes and wet skis outside! There's ample parking for 4+ cars or an RV in front of the house or in the driveway. (note: we sometimes need foot access to the garage, but you may park in the drive)
Welcome skiers, mountain bikers, and climbers! Welcome families, couples, racers and crew! Welcome doodles, mutts, and pit bulls; we are ready for you! Welcome coffee and hot chocolate sippers. Welcome board game players, and work-from-homers. This space was created with ALL of you in mind.

NOTE! Leadville is a small mountain town at high elevation. Although we do our best to keep everything in tip top shape, things do occasionally break. We will notify you in advance if there are problems with WIFI, hot tub, etc. We rely on these items working, too, and problems are rare.

January snow storm in Leadville
Such a great property! Super spacious and modern, stocked kitchen and amenities. Spent a day at Tennessee Pass Nordic Center and one at Ski Cooper, amazing powder day. Host was super generous when we needed to stay an extra night due to the storm. Will definitely request to stay again. Lovely space!

BEST VRBO we have ever stayed at!
This is hands down the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! It was SO clean and all the little extra amenities really stood out! And we loved the hot tub (and the heated mats out to it!). The robes, special hot tub towels, games, coffee bar, beverage cooler, mouthwash, laundry supplies, the wall kiosk with property info/restaurants are just a few of the extras we really appreciated! I will say the tv/wifi was not quite up to par but not enough to keep us from coming back!
