Our home offers charming features including a cosy lounge to relax and unwind after exploring the idyllic surroundings venturing out on spectacular country walks, or visiting some friendly animals at the Cotswolds Wildlife Park & Gardens!

Large windows fill the home with plenty of natural light, creating a bright, airy atmosphere that makes every room feel warm and welcoming from sunrise to sunset.

Our guests are encouraged to wander scenic pathways and you’ll feel right at home with so much space to explore. The vast outdoor areas to roam offer a perfect opportunity to rejuvenate in an area of the world that Forbes once voted the sixth most idyllic place in the whole of Europe to live!

To recharge after a long day of discovery in the outdoors, you can stick on a movie and enjoy a well deserved sleep in our king sized bed! Wake up to breakfast in bed made in a fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy it on the patio breathing in the fresh countryside air!

With an oven and a microwave along with all the utensils you’ll have everything you require to whip up a storm, or if you’d prefer to skip the washing up, local favourite pub - The Farmers Dog is right on your doorstep, just a two minute drive down the road, offering all the best pub classics!

In the colder months, return back to the house to a toasty floor and warm up with underfloor heating powered by sustainable energy, along with other energy efficient features such as EV chargers in the carpark, which you are welcome to use with your own account.

Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
