About this property

Large 4BR home with spa, only 10 minutes from downtown!

This house has large common spaces, including a fully furnished kitchen and a tastefully decorated living room. It comfortably sleeps 12, with everyone having their own bed. There are 3 Bedrooms downstairs and 2 Upstairs although officially we count both upstairs bedrooms as one. Our home is about 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and was fully renovated in 2017.

King master bedroom with 2 closets, 8 double beds (6 upstairs) and 3 twin size beds. Our home also features a combination Pool/Air-Hockey/Ping-Pong Table that doubles for dining between the brand new kitchen and spacious living room. There are brand new appliances that make using our "Cook's Kitchen" a pleasure for the chef in your group.

After dinner sip a glass of wine together in our beautiful spa outside on the patio and listen to the crickets chirp!

We also feature a Keriug coffee maker, pots and pans, and stove. A jetted-Jacuzzi "Garden Tub" is waiting in the downstairs bathroom as well and the other two baths feature "step-in" showers.

One of the best features is our location gives you a $8-$10 standard-rate Uber ride to and from downtown! Since we are centrally located on the South Side of Nashville its pretty convenient to everywhere that most visitors to our city like to go to.

We can accommodate 4 or 5 cars in the large driveway and overflow parking is available nearby. Street parking is not allowed.

Great stay

I will be staying here again. It's in a good location. Our concert got postponed for a day so we had to stay another day. They worked with us and gave us a discount. We will be staying with them again.

Best Bach house!

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party in Nashville. Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay! Friendly people, great area super close to downtown. Ubers were really cheap too! All around win win!

The house was great….very clean and had plenty of room for all of us. It’s in a great neighborhood and a straight shot to downtown. Check in and check out was effortless. Would gladly stay again on our next Nashville trip. Amenities were just as described. We had a fun relaxing trip and appreciate the great stay.

Great house had everything you could need or want and they had lots and lots of beds so great for a big family or group. The kids had fun with the pool table and ping pong table and hot tub. Clean up list was very short and reasonable so that was nice too.

This was a good location 10. Mins or so from the downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of rooms and everything we needed for our stay. We had to park our motorhome and there was space for it in the big driveway. The owner was available for our questions.

This house was amazing! I had a large party staying here and it was so spacious! Everyone got their own beds. It was only 10 minutes from Broadway. It was very clean and I got to check in early. I would definitely stay here again!

Frustrated, the online pictures showed the house set up but the bedding and cleanliness were not what these appeared to be in the pictures. The bedding looked like garage sale items but the online pics showed new updated and inviting bedding. I was not happy with that. But location was great neighborhood was great.

There were lots of beds and linens. The hot tub was ready to go. The host responded quickly to our needs. Definitely recommend as we were close enough to downtown Nashville.
