Located RIGHT ON THE HILL, this is one of only 2 locations at Blue that is a TRUE ski in and ski out condo. No roads to cross or elevators or stairs to climb with awkward equipment. The kitchen features a breakfast bar counter that can seat 4, new major appliances and almost every kitchen convenience needed. Step out onto the ground floor deck complete with table, chairs and a BBQ. The unit also has a few small extra touches that have been provided. Board and video games for the kids, books for reading, DVDs and more. Activities available at the village will keep the kids entertained for hours! Close to other activities too including mountain biking, a beach that is a two minute drive away, zip lining, hiking, horseback riding, eco adventure tours, the scenic caves, downhill and cross country skiing, and snow mobile trails. It is perfectly situated for quick and easy access to some of the areas top golf destinations too! At least 6 courses are within a 30 minute drive including Raven at Lora Bay, Batteaux Creek and Meaford. There are some even less than that and Monterra is actually within walking distance.
