•Dining area has table to seat 6 and patio doors out to the deck.



•Well-equipped kitchen with contemporary appliances.



•Full width patio doors to one end of the lodge with views over the river and up to the fells - what more could you want!





•Bedroom one with king-size bed, Smart TV, chest of drawers, wardrobe. En-suite shower with basin, wc and heated towel rail.



•Bedroom two has twin beds, Smart TV, chest of drawers and wardrobe.



•Bedroom three has twin beds, Smart TV, chest of drawers and wardrobe.



•Family bathroom with modern design, shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.
