This third floor condo has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and gorgeous oceanfront views. The Shipwatch complex also has a large swimming pool, observation deck, and children's play area.

The condo has an open floor plan fully updated with modern flooring throughout and a clean & contemporary coastal vibe. The living area contains a large, flat screen TV with a DVD player and opens to the incredible ocean view balcony. The dining area, which is part of the large open living space, features seating for four guests. There is a kitchen bar which hosts an additional 3 bar stools. The gorgeous, illuminated kitchen has granite countertops, updated cabinetry, and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with upgraded cookware and necessities.

The beautiful master suite is furnished with a king bed and flat-screen TV with cable & DVD player. This room has direct access to the ocean view balcony. The large, renovated, private master bathroom has a large, glass shower and double vanity.
The second bedroom contains a queen bed, cable TV, and a private bathroom with shower and tub combination. The third bedroom has two full-size beds, cable TV, and a private bathroom, which share access to the adjacent hallway.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was clean, had a nice layout, great views of the ocean, easy and direct access to the beach, covered parking, and had some extra thoughtful amenities such as board games and puzzles. We visit Charleston/IOP/Wild Dunes annually and truly enjoyed our stay at this property. One small suggestion would be an upgrade on the shower head in the front Queen bedroom to one that is adjustable. We did also notice that that front bedrooms were considerably warmer than the main living area and primary bedroom. The ceiling fans in those rooms did help though. We look forward to our next visit to the Charleston area and would definitely consider staying at this property again!
