The condo location was great. It was clean and had most things we needed. The pool area was nice and clean with new lounge chairs that were comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable with nice linens and bathrooms had plenty of bath towels provided. We would stay here again.

This was a fantastic unit with a great location that made our stay at IOP to notch. To quote my family, “these were the best mattresses” we have ever had in a rental. Even with the beach reclamation going on, we still had easy beach access and with all of the reclamation work, we had more pelicans and dolphins in the water close by than I have ever seen at IOP. Everything was exactly as listed and we will definitely be back!

The location of this property was perfect. Easy access to the beach and pool. The pool and pool area were very clean with plenty of chairs for lounging. There were 2 boardwalk access points to get on the beach and renting chairs and umbrellas for the week was the way to go. We also rented bikes for the week. The condo was the perfect size for our family. Sweetgrass properties was very easy to work with and timely on any responses to our questions prior to our stay. This was our first time to Isle of Palms and it will not be our last.

Fantastic unit- just high enough to see past trees and get ocean view. Super clean, well stocked, beautifully furnished and perfect for 5 of us with college age kids. King size bed was super comfy and all updates in unit done incredibly well. Weather was rainy but still had a great time

The property was very comfortable with a nice view of the beach. The only complaint is that the dryer did not work, which is a downer when you’re at the beach. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

View could have been better...there is a big tree obstructing much of the ocean view. Condo was very roomy for our family, and very clean. Plenty of towels, and having a washer & dryer right in the unit was very convenient. Not a comfortable living area...random chairs that felt more like waiting room chairs than to lounge and enjoy. The couch was not comfortable, and we found ourselves in different rooms due to the lack of comfortable seating in the most important area. Compared to other vacation homes, it was more basic than what we are accustomed to. (Little things like lack of spices for cooking...limited toilet paper/paper towels/garbage bags). Nice place, but for the money we feel we could have had a more luxurious experience.

Very nice property. Disappointed when we arrived that the refrigerator and freezer needed to be cleaned. There were some light bulbs burned out, but overall it was a nice place and great location.

We had a fabulous stay at Shipwatch in Isle of Palms. The condo was exactly as pictured on the site, roomy, comfortable, clean, well appointed and great location. Working with Sweetgrass Properties was a pleasure---organized, communicative, responsive, and accommodating. Highly recommend Sweetgrass Properties and this condo.
