This beautiful villa with “castle allure” is located in the middle of peaceful nature and a stone's throw from the village of Les Eyzies. The village of Les Eyzies is also called the “World Capital of Prehistory” and is known worldwide for its numerous caves and prehistoric paintings.
Interior
Rosepeche has a spacious living room with a modern open kitchen, four bedrooms (one of which is on the ground floor) and two bathrooms (one of which is on the ground floor).
Exterior
At the rear of the house is a large heated swimming pool of 60 m2 with several terraces. The large garden is enclosed by a fence and offers a lot of privacy. In short, an ideal house for a beautiful holiday in the Dordogne!

Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir and close to the Vézère River, Rosepeche is an ideal starting point to explore the Dordogne with family or friends. Nearby you will find many castles, authentic medieval villages with local markets and beautiful nature. The village of Les Eyzies has more than twenty restaurants (including a Michelin star restaurant!), two bakeries, a butcher and a small supermarket. The medieval city of Sarlat, one of the most beautiful towns in the Dordogne, is also just a 20-minute drive away.
