Great location in Lisbon to explore the various neighbourhoods and other sites. The flat was perfect for the 8 of us.

The location was good, had some issues. Found that it was unclean, bathroom were disgusting had a roaches in the kitchen, bathrooms , living room & bedrooms, Required fumigation during the stay, and lacked of basic essentials that were reasonably expected. I was really disappointed when nothing was offered to get a partial refund. Never staying again

¡¡CUCARACHAS!! Llegamos a las 11 de la noche. El departamento estaba en un edificio muy viejo que no nos generaba confianza: la puerta se abría con un empujón y las escaleras para bajar eran muy viejas y estaban sucias. Al entrar, vimos que la limpieza no era la mejor, pero lo peor fue cuando encontramos muchas cucarachas en los baños y la cocina. ¡Había una plaga! Vimos que esto ya había pasado antes y, aun así, ¡siguen alquilando este lugar! La encargada no estaba sorprendida; ¡parecía que ya tenían conocimiento de la plaga! Nos propusieron fumigar y no lo aceptamos. Exigimos un cambio y, después de estar al teléfono durante 2 horas y media en una llamada internacional que nos costó 50 euros, aceptaron cambiarnos. Nos devolvieron 200 euros, pero perdimos muchísimo tiempo del viaje en llamadas, reclamos y movilizarnos, ¡y viajábamos con personas mayores y un niño!
