D105 is an Enhanced Unit: An Enhanced Unit has undergone major renovations and is equipped with all appliances within hospitality industry standards for life expectancy. Enhanced Units have up-to-date furnishings, including mattresses, throughout and are well-appointed.

Ground Floor Luxury! From the king sized bed to the ~7 foot shower with double shower-heads, everything was done with a luxurious experience in mind.

Designer furnishings, huge quartz kitchen island, double oven, fully stocked kitchen, 2 full-size beds with extremely comfortable mattresses in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa. Oversized washer and dryer so no laundry to haul home.

We have installed an air purification system used by hospitals (Reme Halo) with our new AC/heating unit. Also installed new: water heater, impact grade windows & slider, plantation shutters, plank tile floors and all the furniture and appliances.

Outside you have a private patio with easy access to the: designated car port, pool, tennis courts and a leisurely quick stroll to the bayou and beach. Use the free paddle boards, canoes, kayaks, tennis rackets and beach chairs/toys. All you need is here. Come enjoy paradise!

Another lovely stay in paradise!

This was our second year staying at D105. The property is a relaxing oasis, very clean, and was everything we needed to get away from it all. The property is off the beaten path; the 5 minute walk to the beach is a nature lovers gift each day. We caught sight of a very large, curious alligator as well as numerous manatee sightings (mamas and babies, too). We’ll definitely be back next year if we are so blessed!

Sanibel First-timers

First time on Sanibel, and this condo exceeded our expectations. Beautifully (and obviously lovingly) decorated with very restful color scheme, personal touches in every room. Sparkling clean with everything we needed for a great week at the beach. Nice open air (but very private) sitting space out back (which may become a screened in lanai this year, which would make this space even better!). Condo is just steps from the pool and tennis courts. Complex is very family oriented, well-maintained and quiet. The herb garden, bar-b-que area and shell washing station as you return from the beach were all appreciated amenities. Even though this is a first floor condo, we rarely heard the folks upstairs. We weren’t sure which end of the island to stay on, and we are glad we selected this location. Bowman beach is spectacular, and the shelling is like no where we’ve ever been! Even though it’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach, the walk is like a nature tour every day. Spotted a manatee and her calf just under the footbridge over the bayou. Excellent birding opportunities too. No alligators but we were told they are often sighted here. We will definitely be back—in fact we already reserved this lovely home for 2 weeks next year to continue exploring this amazing island.

Great spot on Sanibel

The property suited our family of four well in many ways. They did a great job with renovations and it is very comfortable. The separation of the guest bedroom from the master was nice to ensure the kids could get to sleep while mom and dad enjoy their time. While it was very nicely decorated, with an almost two year old there was a lot of breakable items within arms reach, and unfortunately we had a broken lamp during our stay. Most of the small breakable items were easily moved for the week to minimize any possible damage! Having the washer dryer in the condo was great, we did several washes throughout the week. The back patio is a nice space and the kids loved combing through the shell landscaping/path. The covered parking is super helpful to avoid a hot car each day. The pool was excellent, very friendly people and plenty of space and seats. I took out a kayak to fish for a couple hours and it was all easy to get close to nature with the "bayou" area nearby. The walk to the beach was only 5-8 minutes or so, and the wagons and all the gear super helpful. The beach is the star and its a great area, not very crowded, good sand and tons of shells. The depth and wave action was perfect for us on most days, we did have a windy day and avoided but otherwise its great for swimming/fishing/shelling. We had bikes for the week delivered (Billy's) and that worked well, with racks near our back patio. Bike trails are all over the island, so be sure to spend some time on the pedals. The biggest downside I would say for this property is the location on the island relative to most restaurants and business, as its about 10 minutes from most things on the eastern end of the island. We did bike into town one day and it was a bit much for us with the kids and the hot sun (6 miles each way I think). If you bike the other way to blind pass beach there are a couple restaurants and a beach to check out (2.5 miles). Being close to Captiva is nice too but its better to drive IMO as the end of Captiva is several more miles and that's where most of the action is. Along with the Bike path sort of going away once you get past Sanibel. Overall would highly recommend, its a very nice place and good value. We've stayed at resorts on Sanibel in the past which were much smaller and 2-3X the price with not much more in amenities. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Great Vacation Spot

Was a great condo for our family of 5, close access to the beach, location was close to the restaurants in Sanibel and Captiva which was nice. The wagon, chairs and beach toys were great to be able to use.

Great Beach Getaway

We loved our stay here! It is beautifully decorated with a peaceful beachy vibe! This is exactly what I wanted since we came with our 2 small kids and I knew I would be spending more time inside for naps etc than on a vacay without kids. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Washer & dryer was a big plus to avoid going home with lots of laundry to do. Condo is close to pool and a short walk to the beach. Location is great too as it's in the middle so Captiva isn't far nor is the other end of Sannibel. We would love to stay here again, it was perfect for our family!

Meticulous and spacious rental

Look no further for your next Sanibel rental. D-105 is a little slice of heaven here on Earth. The decor is stunning and from the minute we walked in we felt completely relaxed. We spent hours at the beach, collected the most beautiful shells and swam in the ocean, which was like bathwater. This place is a beautiful retreat for a couple get—away or a family vacation. We felt right at home here with our 3 kids. D-105 was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We just learned you can rent bikes online at Billy’s. We called and they helped us with sizing over the phone. We enjoyed grouper and mahi salads at Doc Fords last night. I highly recommend D-105!! We are counting the days to our return.

Perfect Family Getaway

Nestled in a the quiet Bowman’s Beach area of Sanibel, you will find a hidden treasure at Blind Pass Condominium D-105. This place was everything that we had imagined and more. We had the pleasure of staying in D-105. This condo was beautifully decorated and included all the items needed to feel right at home. D-105 included two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Each room was accommodated with T.V.’s and cable. The condo included a full sized kitchen and was fitted with all the necessities in order to enjoy your delicious meals. The best part was using the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. This condo easily accommodated our family of four. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the easy access to the beach. The condo had many items needed to enjoy our vacation like beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand castle toys. Our family was able to relax and enjoy our vacation because of all of the comforts found within D-105. We look forward to staying here in the future and requesting D-105 again. It was a true hidden gem.
