As advertised. Very good view of the ocean. Unique lanai that had tinted sliding glass doors A good way to enjoy all the weather staying comfortable.

Wonderful view

Had a wonderful time at Sanibel . We had a wonderful view and large glassed/screened porch. Unit was clean and comfortable. A few suggestions.... ceiling fans would be a terrific addition...it took 36 hrs to get the unit cool when we arrived.....a binder of helpful information for renters would’ve been nice, including phone #s of maintenance people, major channels of tv(ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, etc.), restaurant listings, location of medical facilities(walk in clinic or dentist).....some additional kitchen items, ie., trivets, rubbermaid containers in various sizes.

Location was great, nice pool. Biggest complaint: condo infested with tiny ants!! They were in the kitchen and bathrooms, we called management and they sent someone right out to spray but it didn’t make a difference.. we ended up putting ant poison squares out that we found on top of the refrigerator which help somewhat but they never completely went away...

Wanted to stay longer!

Had a wonderful week-long stay in this comfortable condo - awesome gulf views! Property was perfect for our family. Didn't want to be a part of the spring break "scene," we wanted a quieter, family oriented place where we could capture some R&R! BBQ grills, shuffleboards, tennis courts and a sparkling, clean pool were available to us. Grounds were nicely landscaped. Condo was clean when we arrived - however, we did notice some beach sand in the freezer! Every kitchen amenity was available. We liked the well stocked storage closet that held beach toys, beach umbrella, fishing gear, chairs, etc. It was easy to rent and park bikes and a paddleboard for the week as well. Would strongly recommend this for Minnesotans looking to escape the winter.
